Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing child-centered care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in team meetings and case reviews to share insights and strategies for effective intervention. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard in the decision-making process.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
