Join our dedicated Children's Assessment and Placement - Children & Families (C&F) Team in Bradford as a Qualified Social Worker. We are seeking a passionate individual committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families. In this role, you will assess the needs of children and their families, ensuring that they receive the appropriate support and services. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to develop effective intervention plans and safeguard the well-being of vulnerable children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families, children, and multidisciplinary teams. Providing direct support and guidance to families, ensuring they access necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.To be successful in this position, you will need:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working within children's services, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
