Join our dedicated Children’s Assessment Team in Lincolnshire as a Qualified Social Worker and make a difference in the lives of children and families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to support children in need and promote positive outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in line with legislation and best practice guidelines. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans based on assessed needs. Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and support for children and families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in regular supervision and training to enhance professional development.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
