Join our dedicated Locality Team in Bristol as an Advanced Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families within our vibrant community. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing and managing complex cases, ensuring that vulnerable clients receive the highest quality of care and support. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to safeguarding initiatives, and promote positive outcomes for service users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans for clients. Leading case reviews and providing expert advice to junior social workers. Facilitating interventions that empower clients and promote their well-being. Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with local policies and legal requirements. Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate services effectively.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in social work practice, particularly within locality teams. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
