We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Integrated Community Mental Health Team in Bournemouth. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and interventions to individuals with mental health needs in the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for service users Providing therapeutic interventions and support to individuals and their families Collaborating with healthcare professionals and community agencies to ensure holistic care Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences Advocating for the rights and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with HCPC Demonstrated experience working in a mental health setting Strong assessment and intervention skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
