Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting mental health assessments under the Mental Health Act. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in partnership with service users. Providing advice and guidance to families and carers regarding mental health issues. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated care delivery. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. AMHP training and approval under the Mental Health Act. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
