We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practitioner - SAP to join our dynamic team in Bradford within the Qualified Social Work field. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality social work services to children and families. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to social work practitioners, ensuring best practices are followed and that the needs of vulnerable clients are met effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supervising a team of social workers, providing mentorship and professional development. Conducting complex assessments and interventions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and local policies. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to deliver comprehensive support to families and children in need. Contributing to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and case records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills such as:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant post-qualification experience in children and families’ social work. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a track record of effective team management.
