The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within supported living or community settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in social work.
