We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team in Trafford. As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults in the community through assessment, intervention, and support.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments to determine the needs and risks of vulnerable adults Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and their families Providing support and guidance to individuals in crisis situations Working closely with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and interventions Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration Demonstrated experience in adult safeguarding and working with vulnerable populations Strong assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
