Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individual care plans. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to safeguard adults at risk. Providing support and guidance to families and caregivers. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of interventions and outcomes.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in adult safeguarding and working within a statutory framework. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
