We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team in Camden. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to vulnerable adults in the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments to determine the needs and risks of vulnerable adults Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of service users Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to coordinate support services Participating in safeguarding meetings and case conferences to advocate for the best interests of clients Providing support and guidance to individuals and families facing complex social issues

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience working in adult safeguarding and protection Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
