We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Neighbourhood Team in Lewisham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults in the community, with a focus on promoting independence and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults in need of support Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate services and interventions Providing advocacy and support to clients in accessing appropriate services and resources Participating in safeguarding procedures and ensuring the safety of vulnerable adults Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration Experience working with adults in a social work setting Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to adult social care
