Join our dedicated Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Bromley, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services. Your expertise will be crucial in promoting recovery and independence, while also safeguarding vulnerable adults in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of individuals' mental health and social needs. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users. Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals and their families. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in accordance with policy and best practices.To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working in adult mental health services.
