We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work Locality Team in Devon. As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Providing ongoing support and advocacy to adults facing various challenges. Working closely with partner agencies to coordinate services and resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with policies and procedures.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, preferably within a locality team. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
