Job description

We are interested in hearing from experienced Disability Social Workers to join our team in West London on 15/01/2021.

You will be a dedicated individual with impressive and specialist knowledge of social work practice as well as HCPC registration. You will work flexibly and be confident under pressure as you will be managing caseloads with various complexity. Importantly, you will also be focused around assessing and managing the risk involved in protecting vulnerable people.

You will have the relevant qualifications and experience of working with disabled people and their families as well as a detailed understanding of the associated legislation.

As part of the role, you will contribute to regular monitoring and reviews of services, help to identify service improvement and ensure that resources are being used effectively. You will place the highest priority on safeguarding and the promotion of welfare.

Finally, you will ensure that resources are effectively utilised by assessing and planning implementation and evaluation of the care we provide. Any research evidence should be applied in practice.
