Job description

Are you an enthusiastic, qualified social worker with 3-5 years of experience and a desire to work within the adult protection sector?

If so, we'd like to hear from you. The role is working alongside a friendly and dynamic team, providing an exceptional service to adults with social care needs. It is based in East of England and has a start date of 01/06/2020.

If you have excellent communication skills and are keen to advance your experience and reputation in the sector, please get in touch. You'll need to be HCPC registered with a social work or other professional qualification e.g. DipSW, CQSW, BASW.

As well as working on your own dedicated caseload, you'll be expected to take appropriate action in conjunction with partner agencies, alongside monitoring, reviewing and reassessing existing care services. You'll also need to devise individual care plans and assess, monitor and review the social care needs of the adult you're working with.

Your excellent knowledge of relevant legislation will help you to conduct interviews with individuals and families, assess and review their situation and write up reports on your findings which meet specified standards and timescales, in some cases for subsequent legal action.

If this sounds like an opportunity you would like to pursue, and you understand the philosophies and legal framework of professional social work, please get in touch
