Shropshire Council is currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Case Management and Court Teams based in Shrewsbury and Market Drayton.Key Details:Location: Guildhall, Shrewsbury / Raven House, Market DraytonWorking Style: Hybrid - 2 days per week in officeAbout the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and families across a varied caseload, holding Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), PLO, and Court work. You'll be completing statutory duties including visits, core group meetings, court attendance, and assessments (parenting and risk).Whether in the Case Management Team or Court Team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering positive outcomes, guiding families toward long-term safety and stability.
