Industry engagement

Our unique position as social work recruitment specialists allows us to promote important industry research and developments. As a recent example, we commissioned an independent study entitled ‘Realising the Value of the Social Work Professional’, analysing preconceptions of temporary social work staff. We then went on to recommend a series of innovative solutions to address some of the sector challenges identified.

Charity events

We are proud to support the NSPCC as our charity partner through regular fundraising, awareness events and volunteer initiatives. NSPCC is the UK’s leading children's charity, fighting to end child abuse by helping children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, protecting those at risk, and finding the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening.

By working closely with the charity, we’ve gained first-hand insight into its life-changing work and over the next 12 months, Caritas will be undertaking a variety of fundraising events in support of the NSPCC. From competing in local running events, to throwing ourselves out of a plane, we stand alongside the NSPCC in its fight to keep children safe.
