Are you a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children with disabilities? In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities and their families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans that promote the best outcomes for children. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and other agencies. Providing ongoing support, guidance, and advocacy for children and their families. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities, preferably in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
