Wolverhampton's Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is seeking a dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding vulnerable children, working collaboratively with various agencies to assess and respond to their needs effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support. Collaborating with partner agencies to develop and implement effective intervention plans. Managing a caseload of complex cases, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to safeguarding concerns. Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partner organizations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience working within a MASH or similar safeguarding environment. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to teamwork.
