To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong understanding of child safeguarding and welfare legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
