We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Kinship Team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children in kinship care arrangements.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Assessing the needs and risks of children in kinship care placements Developing and implementing care plans to support the children and their families Providing ongoing support and guidance to kinship carers Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure holistic support for children Participating in case conferences, court hearings, and reviewsEssential qualifications and skills:
