We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Social Worker to join our Safeguarding team in Liverpool. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs. Developing and implementing comprehensive safeguarding plans in collaboration with multi-agency partners. Providing expert advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding issues. Leading case conferences and ensuring that all relevant information is shared appropriately. Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with local and national guidelines. Participating in training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in safeguarding and child protection. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with a commitment to team collaboration.
