Join our dedicated team in Lincolnshire as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in the FAST (Family Assessment and Support Team) position. We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of families and children in our community. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, providing assessment, intervention, and support to ensure the safety and well-being of children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of family needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in partnership with families. Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure effective service delivery. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families throughout the assessment process.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Experience in child protection, family support, or similar social work settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals. Proficiency in assessment and intervention techniques, with a commitment to best practice.

Join our dedicated team in Lincolnshire as a Qualified Social Worker specializing in Children's Assessment and Safeguarding. We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. In this role, you will assess the needs of children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being while working collaboratively with various agencies and professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and their families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective safeguarding plans in partnership with families and other stakeholders. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework activities and decisions. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children. Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, CSS, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in child protection and safeguarding.
