Join our dedicated team in Lincolnshire as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in the FAST (Family Assessment and Support Team) position. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of family needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in partnership with families. Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure effective service delivery. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families throughout the assessment process.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Experience in child protection, family support, or similar social work settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals.
