As a Children’s Social Worker in the Front Door Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of children and families. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual family situations. Providing advice, support, and guidance to families to empower them in overcoming challenges. Maintaining accurate and detailed case records in compliance with statutory requirements.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in children’s social work, preferably within a front door or assessment team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
