We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) specializing in Adult Safeguarding to join our team in Nottingham City. As a Qualified Social Worker in Adult Safeguarding, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of adults at risk, determining their needs, and developing appropriate support plans. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care. Implementing safeguarding procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices. Providing expert advice and support to families and caregivers, promoting awareness of safeguarding issues. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England (SWE). Proven experience in adult safeguarding, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to promoting positive outcomes for vulnerable adults.
