As an Adults Social Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties including:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals’ needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support and reviewing care plans to ensure the best outcomes. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to facilitate effective service delivery. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in assessment and care planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in social work.
