As a Mental Health Social Worker, you will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of clients and their families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Providing emotional support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate their mental health journeys. Advocating for the rights and needs of clients within the healthcare system and community resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in mental health social work, demonstrating a strong understanding of mental health legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
