We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join our team in Leicestershire for a hybrid position offering an attractive rate of £40 per hour. This role is ideal for qualified social workers looking to make a significant impact in the community while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.

As an AMHP, you will be responsible for assessing individuals’ mental health needs and determining the appropriate course of action in accordance with the Mental Health Act. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Providing support and guidance to individuals and their families. Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified social worker with a valid Social Work England registration. AMHP training and experience in mental health assessments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Sound knowledge of mental health legislation and best practices.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Mental Health Hospital Team in Leicestershire. This rewarding position offers a competitive rate of £34 per hour and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in need of mental health support.

Key responsibilities and duties for this role include:
