The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, preferably within a Children and Families context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Sound knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
