We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children’s Social Worker (SSW) to join our Children & Families (C&F) Team in Bradford. This role is essential in supporting children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive outcomes. As a Children’s Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to provide high-quality support and interventions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the welfare of children. Working closely with other professionals to coordinate services and support for families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
