This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed Supervising Social Worker to join an Independent Fostering Agency from their Worcester base, covering Swindon and Gloucester. You'll be part of a dedicated team, supporting foster carers to provide stable, nurturing homes.

Key Skills Required:

18+ months' experience in fostering

Understanding of care planning & regulations

Ability to build strong professional relationships

Benefits:

£36,300 - £40,000 salary
