Are you an experienced Service Manager with a passion for improving the lives of children with disabilities and their families? A South London Borough is seeking a Locum Service Manager to lead their Children with Disabilities Team, ensuring high-quality services and positive outcomes.
About the Role:
As the Locum Service Manager, you will:
✅ Lead and oversee the Children with Disabilities Team, driving excellence in service delivery.
✅ Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and best practice guidelines.
✅ Manage budgets, resources, and performance, ensuring effective support for children and families.
✅ Work closely with partners, social workers, and senior leadership to shape and develop services.
✅ Promote inclusive practices and drive improvements within the service.
