A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children's social work, preferably within a MASH or assessment setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and professionals.
