Join our dedicated Children's Social Work (CSW) Team in Cheshire East, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for those in our care. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and multi-disciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. Maintaining accurate and timely records and documentation in accordance with local policies and procedures. Participating in regular supervision and training to enhance your professional development.To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognised Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
