We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Urgent & Emergency Care Team in Mid & South Notts. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to make a significant impact in the lives of those in urgent need of support. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to provide high-quality social work services, ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals and families.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify individual and family needs. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and multidisciplinary teams. Providing crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing emergencies. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to facilitate effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in social work, particularly within urgent and emergency care settings. Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
