We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Adult Social Care team in Lambeth. As a QSW, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable adults within the community, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need to lead fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and reviews to determine the needs of service users Developing care plans and providing ongoing support and intervention Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and other agencies to coordinate care Advocating for the rights and wellbeing of service users Participating in safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with relevant registration and experience in Adult Social Care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice guidelines Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to promoting independence and dignity
