We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our team in Herefordshire in the role of Fostering Kinship. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to kinship carers to ensure the safety and well-being of children in their care.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing and supporting kinship carers through the fostering process Conducting home visits and assessments to ensure the suitability of kinship placements Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of children in kinship care Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support to kinship families Participating in case conferences and court hearings as required

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in fostering and kinship care Registered with Social Work England Strong assessment and report writing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
