We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced CP - Sr. SW for a position in Stockton on Tees within the Qualified Social Work field. As a Senior Social Worker in Child Protection, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding vulnerable children and families, ensuring their well-being and promoting positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertake complex assessments of children and families, identifying risks and protective factors Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams Provide expert advice and support to less experienced social workers Participate in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews Conduct home visits and engage with children, families, and relevant stakeholders

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in Child Protection and safeguarding Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills
