Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans to meet the needs of children and families. Carrying out safeguarding investigations and ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines. Building trusting relationships with children and their families to provide support and guidance. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and resources effectively. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong knowledge of child safeguarding legislation, policies, and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with children and families. Proven ability to work under pressure and manage complex cases effectively.
