We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our CWD Team in Salford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work support to children with disabilities and their families.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks Developing and implementing care plans to support the well-being and development of children with disabilities Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for children and families Advocating for the rights and best interests of children with disabilities Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews as required

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a social work setting Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to children with disabilities Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
