Join our dedicated Children’s Social Work team in Stoke on Trent, where we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to contribute to our Child and Family (C&F) Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding procedures.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience in children’s services or a related field. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
