Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in accordance with statutory requirements. Developing and implementing tailored care plans that address identified needs and risks. Collaborating with colleagues, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to support.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child protection and safeguarding.
