Join our dedicated Children's SP - F & C Team in Staffordshire, where your expertise in qualified social work will make a profound difference in the lives of children and families. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for children in need.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and develop tailored support plans. Working closely with children, parents, and other stakeholders to provide guidance, support, and intervention services. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely reviews and updates of care plans. Collaborating with external agencies, schools, and health services to coordinate support and resources for families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. At least two years of post-qualification experience in children's social work. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding policies.
