We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Long Term Team in Luton. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety, well-being, and empowerment.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertaking comprehensive assessments of adults in need of support and developing personalized care plans. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate and deliver effective interventions. Conducting regular reviews and reassessments to monitor progress and adjust support plans as necessary. Advocating for the rights and choices of service users, promoting independence and self-determination. Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and safeguarding investigations as required.

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification and HCPC registration. Demonstrated experience in adult social work, preferably within a long-term team setting. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult social care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills to engage effectively with service users and stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously, manage complex caseloads, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
