Job description

Role: Team Manager (safeguarding social worker department)

Location: South West

Start Date: 17/11/2019

We are actively recruiting for a Team Leader with a BA/BSc/MA in Social Work (or equivalent) plus HCPC registration.

Our team of new and experienced social workers is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic role model who can offer excellent supervisory and management skills alongside significant previous experience in a social work role and a good knowledge of statutory legislation and practice standards.

Successful candidates will have the experience to ensure the provision of an effective and efficient service by developing new strategies, addressing existing concerns and modelling good practice resulting in the output of a high-quality response service.

Applicants should have experience of leading, motivating and managing complex teams, and holding accountability for performance, quality assurance, resources and budgets in collaboration with other stakeholders.
