Job description

Role: Social Worker Team Manager

Location: South West

Start Date: 11/11/2019

You’ll have strong supervisory and management skills, be highly experienced in social work practices and the holder of a BA/BSc/MA in Social Work (or equivalent). You’ll have a proven ability to lead, motivate, nurture and manage a team of Social Workers, at all times focusing on delivering an effective and positive service.

We’ll require you to be accountable for the practice of a team of social workers based in South West, starting on 11/11/2019.

You’ll have a track record of delivering consistently improved outcomes for children as well as a reputation for effectively determining priorities, accurately assessing need and being committed to ensuring the safeguarding of children.

We’ll need you to guide your team through any practice issues and model good practice by taking professional responsibility for the provision of a high-quality response service.

We’ll also promise you a highly rewarding role with a talented and hard-working team.
