Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users' mental health needs.
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans in conjunction with service users and their support networks.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to service users and their families.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and effective service delivery.
- Advocating for service users' rights and ensuring their voices are heard in the planning and delivery of services.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working within a mental health setting, demonstrating an understanding of mental health legislation and best practices.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
