Children's SW/SSW - Family Help Team - Hackney

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
  • Providing ongoing case management and support, ensuring timely reviews and adjustments to plans as necessary.
  • Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and interventions effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in accordance with local policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, MA Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE) and a valid enhanced DBS check.
  • Experience in child protection, safeguarding, and working with vulnerable families.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
