We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Team within the C&F (Children and Families) division in Liverpool. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
  • Managing a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with local policies and legislation.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in children's services or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
